Grey Headed Flying Fox

Large bats that roost in eastern Australia's leafy trees. Often live in large groups or "bat camps" numbering in many thousands of bats. Approximately 25 centimeters long with reddish colored fur around their necks, grey heads and brown bodies.

They fly at night using their eyes and sense of smell in search of fruit and flowers to eat.
